I am having trouble with doing a sim swap,they are asking these security questions and i find it ridiculous that all the numbers i have supp**** are not on my last dialled numbers,which are numbers i frequently call.

Kindly note that a security check is mandatory and if the customers' answers do not match the information on the system then the consultant can not assist.
