ANGER AT MOST

I've received information that my name has been negatively listed on SAFPS concerning the ***** incident (incident number: SH***6). Despite providing a letter clearing me of any wrongdoing, my name has not been removed from the SAFPS database. I am frustrated with this situation and question how someone can be cleared yet still face challenges in rectifying their status on SAFPS. I find it concerning that despite evidence of innocence, my name remains listed.

My frustration is evident, and I believe urgent action is needed to address this matter. I express my disappointment with the company's handling of the situation, and I am compelled to share my experience, hoping others will reconsider entering into contracts with the organization in question due to the perceived inefficiency.

I am adamant about the removal of my name from the ***** incident (SH***6) on SAFPS and hope for a prompt resolution to rectify this situation.

The persistence of queries stemming from an issue dating back to last year indicates a concerning trend, and it appears that addressing the matter at hand is prioritized over a holistic resolution. Despite the initial resolution in July, subsequent listings related to the same query remain unaddressed. It's disheartening to observe that rectifying the root cause, such as a customer being flagged in SAFPS due to a ***** incident, is not actively pursued.

The apparent reluctance to proactively identify and resolve associated issues raises doubts about the company's commitment to comprehensive customer service. It seems that customers are left to discover and bring attention to related matters, contributing to a constant barrage of complaints on platforms like Hellopeter.
Expressing regret through standard apology messages loses its meaning when the same issues persist, and it becomes evident that the company is not effectively learning from past concerns. This marks my fifth complaint on this platform, each addressing issues that should have been resolved long ago. It raises questions about the sincerity of the company's commitment to resolving customer problems promptly and efficiently.

The company must reflect on these observations, reassess its approach to customer service, and strive for consistent and proactive issue resolution to rebuild customer trust and satisfaction.

It has now been more than three days since I initiated my escalation, and the absence of any feedback or resolution on the issues I raised is becoming increasingly frustrating. This prolonged silence not only underscores a notable deficiency in addressing customer queries but also suggests a lack of urgency and efficiency in resolving problems firsthand. The principles of achieving First Contact Resolution, which is crucial for delivering satisfactory customer service, seem to be absent or inadequately emphasized in this situation. This extended waiting period raises concerns about the effectiveness of the customer support system. A prompt and effective response is a fundamental expectation when customers encounter challenges. The lack of timely resolution not only hampers my experience but also reflects negatively on the overall perception of the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Achieving First Contact Resolution is not just a metric; it's a reflection of a customer-centric approach. When customers face delays in problem resolution, it erodes their confidence in the company's ability to address issues competently and expeditiously. This can, in turn, impact customer loyalty and satisfaction, as customers may question the reliability of the support services provided. Effective communication during such delays is paramount. Transparency and regular updates on the progress of issue resolution can go a long way in managing customer expectations and mitigating frustration. Acknowledging the delay and providing reassurance about the ongoing efforts to address the matter would contribute significantly to rebuilding confidence. In addressing this situation, it is also an opportunity for the company to introspect and refine its customer support processes. Assessing the reasons behind the delay, whether they stem from staffing, training, or procedural issues, is crucial for continuous improvement. As a customer, I hope for a swift and effective resolution to my concerns. Clear and proactive communication, coupled with tangible actions to address the underlying issues, will not only salvage the current situation but also contribute to rebuilding trust in the company's customer support capabilities.

Your blatant incompetence is reaching new heights. Let's be crystal clear - the question at hand doesn't involve ITC; it's centered on your downright neglectful actions in listing me with SAFPS. Before you proceed with your consistently feeble responses, take a moment to grasp the essence of the query. Your persistently uninformed and lackadaisical approach is not merely frustrating; it's enraging. It's disheartening to witness such a glaring lack of understanding and competency in addressing critical matters.

Upon completion of the investigation into the ***** matter, if it is determined that you are indeed a victim of *****, we report the incident to SAFPS to raise awareness about identity theft and impersonation using your ID. however it is possible that an error occurred during the communication with SAFPS and you may have been incorrectly listed as a ********* instead of a ***** victim.

The matter has been escalated for further assistance,

I'm curious about the need for another investigation after the matter was concluded in June 2023. I received an email confirming the unauthorized use of my details to open a contract, and I denoted this through an affidavit during the initial investigation. It was reassuring to receive acknowledgment in letters.

However, there appears to be an issue related to the removal of my name from the SAFPS list, which I believe stems from an oversight. This situation has led to confusion, and it seems there might be difficulty distinguishing between two separate circumstances. I'm seeking clarity on these matters for a more accurate understanding of the situation.

I find myself perplexed by the necessity for a subsequent investigation, especially given the conclusive resolution of the matter back in June 2023. At that time, I received an email unequivocally confirming the unauthorized use of my details for the initiation of a contract. This confirmation not only provided closure but also served as a testament to the thoroughness of the initial investigative process.

During the investigation, I actively cooperated by submitting an affidavit, denouncing the *****ulent activity. The fact that I received letters subsequently, acknowledging the receipt and consideration of my affidavit, led me to believe that the matter was effectively addressed and resolved.

However, my current bewilderment stems from the unexpected development of another investigative phase. I am left questioning the rationale behind this, considering the comprehensive nature of the earlier investigation. It would be beneficial to understand the specific reasons prompting this additional scrutiny.

Compounding my concerns is an apparent oversight regarding the removal of my name from the SAFPS list. This oversight, which I attribute to incompetence, has introduced an element of confusion. It appears that there might be a challenge in differentiating between two distinct circumstances, creating an unnecessary layer of complexity in an issue that was previously deemed resolved.

In light of these developments, I am seeking not only clarification on the necessity of a second investigation but also a comprehensive review of the oversight related to the SAFPS list. I hope that this expanded articulation of my concerns will facilitate a more nuanced understanding of the situation and lead to a prompt and fair resolution

I request a public response to showcase the perceived incompetence in your replies, demonstrating a lack of careful consideration for understanding the statement's stance. Your responses are criticized as haphazard, characterized by a sense of inadequacy, and often containing content deemed nonsensical. This has led me to the firm belief that a significant number of employees at Cell C, including yourself, prioritize their monthly compensation over the effective resolution of the issues at hand. The perceived uselessness and ineffectiveness of your responses are becoming increasingly evident and raise concerns about the overall competency within the organization.
