Shocking, Shocking!
I upgraded my phone and received an Out Box Failure. It's now 5 days and when I phoned the head office to find out what the status is of my phone, apparently they have not even retrieved it as any service center!!!!!! ( MY WORK AND EVERYTHING I DO IS ON MY PHONE)
Plus I received a Samsung 20+ It is advertised that it comes with a screen protector and a cover, FYI it's false advertising as it only comes with a free cover.... It just has a piece of plastic on it like any other cell phone or electronic device one buys! If you drop your phone - it's NOT going to PROTECT anything.
I'm honestly fed up and could easily move over to Vodacom and back to iPhone.
