and the unhappiness still continues with PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!

<p>On Monday, I tried to resolve my problem with the consultants at the aftersales dept over the phone, yet i got a bad attitude and no help..... so I posted a hello peter complaint, and i was phoned by a very friendly and helpfull guy named Patrick. He resolved my problem very quickly and after waiting since friday I was suppose to receive my phone yesterday morning as Patrick himself fixed the problem and loaded my credit score back on, BUT yet I am stil waiting for my phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! after putting on another complaint yersterday afternoon to wich no one ever responded. This is the worst service I have ever received from cell c, and after being patient the hole time i am fed up with this now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am waiting and waiting for my phone wich i still havent received. IS this how you treat good paying customers who have been supporting you for more than a year!!!!!!!????????????? This is PATHETIC to say the least...... I think i have been patient enough..... waiting and waiting ..... and no result....... SO if this is what im going to get.... ill rather move over to someone else then and cancel all my thins at CELL C! Im tired of this now..... i have been patient long enough.</p>
