And the Saga Continues
I recently took out a laptop contract with Cell C. After much confusion and delays I finally received the laptop. In the numerous phone calls, I repeatedly asked the question whether the laptop was an I5 and I was assured that it was by not one, but THREE different people that I spoke with. Guess what, it's not!!!!! It's a Celeron. I am SO disgusted with Cell C

20 Oct 2022, 18:35When speaking to the agents I asked on numerous occasions if the laptop was an I5 as this was my requirement. Three agents confirmed that it was. This laptop's processor is incapable of even running the Windows 11 software that is provided with the laptop. Your calls are recorded, you can confirm via these recordings that I specifically asked for an I5. I've had to load Windows 10 at my own expense just to get it to function. This is false advertising and very misleading for your clients. Definitely not service I'd expect to receive as a customer of 15 years
