Pathetic service.

In January of this year my phone lines were cut off because i paid R40 too little. I made the payment and sent the proof with email. It was never switched on. I tried phoning 4-6 times every time being transferred from the one to the other department, each time the call was cut off. No one wanted to help me. I stopped the debit order in a attempt to get attention. Now getting calls from the lawyers to pay, when i tell them the case they say that they will escalate it back to Cell C. Then next week same story.

Its now effecting my credit score. Its not my fault if they just did their job in the first place. It makes me sick to my stomach when i think of the incompetence in Cell C.
