*********** and lousy service

I have an insurance claim with cell c and submitted all required documentation in the first week of January 2023,i keep complaining and have even written to the ombudsman because it's 6 months later and my claim is not processed, only six months later do they require me to write a motivational letter for my claim but they don't even bother explaining how to draft the letter and the contents of the letter, then they ask me for my statements, they have me on the system and should have the information. All round my service has been pathetic I had to even complain about them not sending monthly statements, so it seems like another excuse to not pay the claim. I'm beyond sick and tired I'm almost ready to explode.
