AND AGAIN NO TEXT MESSAGES

About three weeks ago i put a complaint on Hello Peter about not Receiving text messages. The problem was resolved within 48 hours and i got a personal phone call regarding the issue. I was very happy with the results and was told that this problem had been resolved for good and would not happen again. Last week the issue came up again i sent an email to Cell C and it was resolved again with in a few hours. Yesterday I could not receive text messages. I emailed Cell C again and still this morning i have had no response. I need to receive text messages to do my job. After 12 years on contract I now no longer want anything to do with Cell C. I now want my contract to be cancelled and move to a company that can get the basics right.
