Amount not reflecting in Cell C account

Amount not reflecting on Cell C System.

I processes Express Clearing amount today, this shoyuld reflect within an hour .. even in the bank of moon or mars if there is one.

but this doesnt reflect in the Stupid bank of cell which is under nedbank. Im told to wait 48 Hours. which i dont have

To cu long story short. please go to your account check the transfers from 061***3889 = R3789.13 074XX8883 = R2699.25

Allocate them to the right account, get your retention team to Migrate the two numbers from Postpaid to Prepaid.

Then raise credit Notes for the invoices issued for March. Credit from 06 march till 31 March.

Raise invoice for Usage of February and reflect correct balance on the Statement.

I think i have manage to highlight what needs to be done.
