Amendment of Months

Went in store to do an early upgrade and I was advise I need to pay an commitment amount and phone in the next day and do amendment of month and within next day I will be able to do upgrade. It is Monday and I am still waiting on the amendment of months to take place. I am a very very unhappy customer right now.
