Amazing support and process from C-Fibre team.
After having dealt with Metrofibre as my ISP I can say with utmost cer*****y that C fibre is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their staff are pleasant and reachable over the phone. I logged a query on a public holiday and I was called the next morning and walked through resolving the issue on my line. Even though my line speed is the same I can see that all my browsing and streaming is much snappier than metrofibre. I couldnt even connect to clients using forticlient with metrofibre, but now I can. Overall i am happy with the pre-instalation, the scheduling and the aftercare. Thank you c-fibre team. Keep up the great work.
