AMAZING SERVICE
I have been with Vodacom for 15 years, but in those 15 years I have never received such amazing service than I received from Cell C. They phoned me 20h30 at night in order to service my request, something I have been struggling with, with Vodacom for the passed 5 months.
In my honest opinion, Cell C is they way to go as they show utmost care and compassion for customers, especially new ones.
Keep up the good work, Cell C. You gained a new loyal customer.
