Amazing Service (

<p>My review is two-fold.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called Cell C customer care to blacklist my ****** iphone, the guy who helped me was so ubelieveably rude, i couldn't deal with him anymore, i asked to speak to someone else. Apparently i failed my security questions because I don't know how much my last recharge amount was, is that really something to dwell on?!?! I got everything else right!</p> <p>Ps. Cell C should really re-think their security questions.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the other hand, i called back & was helped by an absolutely wonderful gem of a human being, his name is Phumlani Noqwaka from the Durban call centre. </p> <p>He was absolutely outstanding! The service was excellent! He kept the jokes coming but never crossed any boundries. I was on the phone for 16 minutes but even when his system went offline, I was patient and understanding because he made me aware of the problem and kept talking through the reboot.</p> <p>If more consultants people treated their customers half was welll as he treated me, the world would change for the better. He is truly an asset and I enjoyed the service received from him.</p> <p> </p> <h3>Well done Pumlani, You are an absolute star! ★</h3>
