Amazing Service

<p>As a manager who works in customer service I can understand how difficult it is to get a compliment or being recognized for amazing service rendered to a customer. I would like to take the opportunity out of my daily busy life and give some recognition to one of your employees at the Clearwater Branch Mr Aubrey. I've been having a horrible time with the service at MTN from speaking to *********** agents to superiors and still not getting the satisfaction that I needed resolved, I decided to change networks. Walking into the shop I was greeted and treated with the out most respect and was explained every detail needed to port my number with no hassel. In porting and the service I received from Aubrey we signed up for a wifi contract. Aubrey, was simply amazing, even go so far to stay a little after hours to assist and make sure we ok which he didn't need to do at all. Today we went to the shop again and signed up for two sim contract and ported my husbands number as well from MTN to Cell C. Thanks to Aubrey And the service he gave us we've recommended friends to take up the wifi contracts and moving from other network providers as well. I'm simply amazed by his friendliness and knowledge on the product. It makes a customer like myself feel very at ease knowing I'm getting what I'm paying for. That man needs an increase or promotion besides he can teach the ladies in the shop a thing or two. Very Happy Customer </p>
