Amazing service

If I could give 7/5 stars I would. Lebo Chiloane (I hope I got the spelling right),from the Cell C store in Lakeside Mall is the most amazing assistant I have come across. This lady went out of her way to ensure me and my fiance were assisted fully and were satisfied with everything, on top of that, it felt like we were out having coffee and catching up while getting the upgrade done. My fiance was pretty bummed out that she 2 of the phones she wanted were not available and things quickly got sour for her. Lebo assisted with an alternative phone, which happened to be out of stock. She quickly went to the back and came back with an amazing alternative, switched the phone on and allowed my fiance time to browse it, get a feel of the phone and allow her time to decide on the verdict. My fiance loved it and quickly cheered up. Lebo assisted with the paperwork and went further to get a number change done successfully and we left with smiles on our faces. Honestly I almost didn't want to leave. Lebo is super awesome, friendly and the right amount of casual and professional. I would also like to thank Cell C for putting customers first, no issue was left unresolved and in record time too. Special thanks to Lebo. Stay awesome
