Amazing service

I have an ongoing struggle to port my number from Cell C to Vodacom. I was at the point of giving up. Hazel, manager of Cell C Woodlands, tried to help me get something out of vodacom. She went to endless trouble and even spent about 25 minutes on THEIR (Cell C's) phone to Vodacom to try and sort out my problem. The process took some 45 minutes, and Hazel patiently did everything she could. This is one amazing lady! I have seldom seen such good service - in the process of losing a client! I want to go back to cell C if I can and will leave Vodacom the moment it is possible. Well done Hazel! Well done Cell C! Give her a bonus!
