Amazed!!

Its not often that compliments are given, especially to Cell C and especially not from me. I've had issues with Cell C for a very long time but I must say that my trust has been restored. Just a pity that the person I want to compliment is leaving your company. I went into the Greenacres store on Friday 04 October for an early upgrade. Spoke to a gentleman Ben who to the best of his abilty trued to assist. Unfortunatley, at the end of the day, he was unable to do an override and referred me to the regional office. He actually took the time and effort to call the office and arrange that I come through. Already mind blowing.... I proceded to the office and spoke to a lady by the name of Sipokhazi, who finalized everything and honestly made me feel like I was her one and only customer. We got to chatting and I found out that she is leaving your company. I honestly feel like you are loosing a gem of a person and highly, highly recommend that you do what is needed to retain her. Her customer s****s and level of service is extra-ordinary. Please, pass this mess on to her.
