this manner you are using to deal with my query that is over 30 days now is unacceptable. i am now going to take the matter to social media so that people can see and never take any contract with cell c as they are con artists.
As per our records, the last communication on the system was when one of our consultants contacted you regarding your complaint and you advised the consultant that the matter was handled at the store.
We will get someone to follow up and assist.
