Always can't help their customers

Every time I seek assistance it's always an issue. The stores can't help then they say must call the call center only to find out the call center won't help you also. Now I honestly can't wait for my contract to be over. I've been with you guys for 12 years now. Seems like loyal customer are unappreciated at Cell C.
