Always a pleasure

I was sitting and waiting for my upgrade date due end october when a lady phoned me and told me i am due for an upgrade now, she asked what phone i would like and voila i get it. now as procedure go you wait for delivery and they will phone beforehand but two days later the delivery guy stands behind me. I mean where do you ever get service this fast? I am very pleased with my contract no matter what.
