Always a hassle, never a solution.
This has also happened to me, CellC and WASP. See that it is a long standing ***** scheme perpetrated by ?????Cell C? wasp? BBC700???? This is straight forward *****. They say "oh you must have subscribed. No, I did not. Perhaps when I changed my contract your staff subscribed on my behalf? As it started then.This is such a happy place for ******. Cell phones and contracts. No one can really do anything. The amounts are not so high as to warrant a court case, but still do hurt. I am unemployed and angry with the *******!

These charges are for third party services, we do not have a system that allows us to subscribe on behalf of customers.
The investigation into how and when the service started would have to be referred to WASPA. All issues are addressed by this body, from the investigation to the issue of refunding.

These charges are for third party services, we do not have a system that allows us to subscribe on behalf of customers.
