Almost two years to update credit profile.

Been trying to get you to update my credit profiles correctly since paying up my contract in December 2020. Yes you read this correctly, since 2020!!!! The contract has been paid up almost a whole two years ago and my contract is STILL showing as open and owing on my Experian credit profile. I have had to lodge disputes on my Transunion profile as you do not do your job yourselves. I have creditors whom I have paid up way more recently who have updated my profiles correctly. Please do your job as well as you are able to collect from customers. Lazy!!!!!
