Almost 2month waiting for my phone with no hope
Took a new line contract on the 3 of May till today i haven't received the phone..been calling every 3days to find out whats happening and there's always a new story...been with cellc for 5years but i can honestly say cellc is a dying horse cz it has the worst customer service ever or maybe its ******* i dont know but its just bad

21 Jun 2022, 08:14I took an upgrade on friday hoping that my issue will be resolved sooner then later cz i had a lil faith in u soo i can see its gonna take another month..soo i wana cancel my upgrade n cancel the Iphone i was interested in if you don't mind assisting
