Allocation of Cash payment

WOW such horrible service i got form Cell c , have been calling several times, about a payment issue i heave made payment of R2800 22th December 2017 and now they send me message that my account is in arrears, Spoke to a Doris Semakaleng sent them POP to their ********** and also sent it to her direct email, she said she will call me back and all to find out now that she left with out even solving my en query, this is so pathetic and would not recommend Cell c to anyone , this is so unprofessionla
