Allocating funds
Agent call me regarding payment not reflecting and stated that it does reflect and will notify the Attorneys(NDS).When I call NDS the is no communication sent to them, its been a week now .when they (NDS) ask Cell C they only send a statement that doesn't reflect this 2 payments.NDS Supervisor is Neo L that is assisting me.
