Alleged breach of contract - remains unresolved

On 9/04/2015 Cell C responded saying that \Patrick been in contact to try and solve problem". The last time I heard from \""Patrick\"" was on the 10/03/2015 and the matter remains unresolved. Cell C was requested to furnish me with a copy of the tape recording when I concluded the contract as I am adamant that the agent told me that I would pay R100.00 per contract for the 2 year period. Cell C has never disputed that their agent told me so. This matter has now been dragging on for a long time"
