All **** service customer care and call center

Cell c is just giving me a **** service how can you reroot my SIM cards if they debit each and every month from my account, I’m so sick and tired of this service provider and it’s two months without using my phone. They will tell you you SIM card is damaged because you have changed it and I have never heard of such ****, Vodacom, Telkom and MTN don’t think will give you such disaster service. How am I supposed to call customer care if I can’t even make a simple call. I hate Cell C
