All I want to do is cancel my contract!!!!!!! Give me cancellation figures!!!!!!

All I want to do is cancel my accounts! I've been trying to get settlement figures to pay and cancel my 2 cell-c accounts now for nearly 2 weeks. You phone 084 143 (the number cell c gives you to contact for cancellations) and it says that the number does not exist. You phone the contact centre on 084 145 and they just log a issue and say they cannot assist as we need to refer to the cancellations department, however they are not available currently and they don't know when they will be available. I phoned again this morning and it was said my call will be escalated to the team leader in the contact centre (Busisiwe Mangwa), if this is really a team leader. They then gave me the number of 084 143 to phone again. They then put me through and the phone goes directly to 'this number does not exist'. REALLY CELL-C????? I want to pay and cancel my contracts, how difficult is this. Is this how ******* you are that you don't want people to cancel their contracts with you. YOU WILL give me cancellation figures for both my contracts and backdate interest to Thursday 18 April 2019 as this is when I wanted to cancel my contracts initially.
