ALL I WANT IS FOR MY DETAILS TO BE UPDATED WITH ITC (ALL CREDIT BUREAUS!!!!

Damn awful service. I had an outstanding balance of R262.52 which I paid and sent proof of payment and confirmation of payment letter which NuDebt has sent to me to *** but all I get is an automatic response and also stating that an agent will call me back within 24-48hrs but no one has called me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ALL I WANT IS FOR SOMEONE FROM CELL C TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY RECEIVED MY PROOF OF PAYMENT AND FORWARD ALL NECESSARY DETAILS TO ITC SO I KNOW THAT THIS WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought i would have a problem with NuDebt but to my surprise the problem is actually CELL C!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

COULD THIS PLEASE BE SORTED ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
