All calls get dropped

Good Day, I have a contract with Cell C that I want to terminate I have been trying to call your call center since the 21st July after my debit order went off. Everytime i call your call centre the agent put me on hold and hang up. I have made more than 5 calls. i even requested a call back they responded this morning and same thing the lady put me on hold then hung up.<br> 1. I am not gonna be debited for a contract that I have been battling to get hold off your department to cancel the contract.<br> 2.Dont tell me about the 30 days period coz its not my fault that your call centre agents dsrop calls on my ear.
