AIRTIME VANISHING

I have complained so many times about my airtime and data bundles vanishing after a few seconds of loading them. I have called CellC and they have advised me to switch off automatic updates on my phone, the weird thing is that those settings are always switched off. It has become difficult for their consultants to advise why this is happening every second week or so and they end up being rude. <br> <br> I am GATVOL of CELL C and it's messed services, let alone the lack of customer services. Every time they have these \cheap\" specials we end up suffering by being double billed for certain services. I AM PORTING MY NO. TODAY AND WILL BE DONE WITH THESE CELL C ******!!!"
