Airtime vanishing

The service from Cell C is pathetic, u call for assitance and they give u ****ty stories! So my airtime and Data vanished! I called Cell C and i was told that joined games of which i clearly told them i did not, further more the attitudefrom the consultant was disgusting, she thought she was speaking to somebody illiterate just because i am young!! CELL C BETTER FIX THIS NONSENSE COZ I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING THAT WAS GONNA WASTE MY AIRTIME!! I DO NOT WANNA LAND IN THE DIRECTOR'S OFFICE SO THEIR CALL CENTRE BETTER SORT THIS THING OUT..
