AIRTIME VANISHING
Good Day <br> <br> Every time I buy airtime my balance reflects to ZERO balance, within a span of five minutes, without even using the airtime. My airtime of R25 and bundle of about 100mb usually lasts me over two days because I don't use much internet. However I have seen a trend in your network where this problem occurs to me every second week or so.This is not the first time I have experienced this on your network but no permanent solution or explanation is provided to me. <br> <br> WHY DO YOU CHEAT US LIKE THIS AS YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS???<br> <br>
