Airtime used instead of data for internet services (again!)

I have data and airtime and yet whenever I use the Internet, my airtime is being used instead of the actual data. This happens each and every time and it is annoying that have to complain about this all the time, please do your job and fix this *******. What's the point of buying data if airtime will be used instead of the data.

The matter was resolved by 10 Jan 2018 after sending the complaint but sadly this happened again this morning despite being promised by mpho that the issue would never happen again since your technical team was fixing the issue with my sim card. I need an explanation now!
