airtime still not loaded

Good day,<br> <br> I purchased R150 cell c airtime today on 27 march 2015 over an hour ago. I still have not recieved the airtime.<br> <br> Please resolve this immediately. I used the FNB app to buy the airtime. The money has been deducted from my account. I am not going to fo to a bank to get a bank statement and fax it to you as proof. You need to sort it out.<br> <br> My cell c number is *** but Call me on *** immediately. This is ridiculous!<br>
