Airtime recharge
I have continually experienced nonchalance and sheer incompetence when I recharge airtime with Cell C. Whether I buy it over the counter or via telephone banking invariably I will be told I must more than 24 hours before I receive it. My question to their staff is always in the event of an emergency, which could result in a tragedy or fatality, who should be held responsible if due to my inability to call? Does Cell C not legally bind itself to such commitments when it advertises service delivery? Which includes but is not limited immediate transfer of airtime upon receipt of payment? I am sick and tired of being brushed off with the same excuse with no care at all to my continued patronage!
