Airtime not received

<p>On 10 April 2016, I bought airtime on CellC's website.&nbsp; I received the proof of payment to CellC&nbsp;from Payfast, and the amount went through on my Bank Statement, but I never received the airtime.&nbsp; I contacted Payfast but they told me to take it up with CellC because the money was transferred to them.&nbsp; I contacted CellC numerous times now&nbsp;but they refuse to refund me my money or give me the airtime.&nbsp; What must I do?&nbsp; I am desperate now!!</p>
