airtime go missing
Good day
i"ve been noticing that cell c is chowing my airtime whenever I call the call centre they tell me its internet hat exactly on the internet they don't know, I use an iPhone I set my apps to need to run on mobile data which is WhatsApp and fnb app ise wifi on the other apps, e.g check on sunday i both airtime of R35 I got r35 bonus the ussd wasnt working i called to activate whatsapp bundle it wasnt even a minute she tells me i have R28 of airtime and r35 bonus airitme im sking her why is it chowing my airitme first while i have bonus airtime. pleasd call me with this i'm afraid to recharge again
