Airtime disappearing again!!
Hi I have complained about this before but my airtime keeps dissappearing I recharged this morning and have barely used my phone for calls or data I have been in a wifi zone and I switched off my data as was advised previously. This has happened 3-4 times already and it is becoming increasingly frustrating. I have followed all your guidelines but this still keeps happening . If this keeps on happening then I see no other choice than to move networks. Please assist urgently
