Airtime ****************

I just bought airtime of R100 and had an advance of R21, made a call that didn't even last 5 minutes but I'm already left with R13. How us that possible? Please I need an explanation regarding this as it is not the 1st time but thought it would be petty but now it seems like a norm. This is daylight roberry from Cell C.
