Airtime bought online and never credited.

On April 26, I bought air time online on their website. They use a payment gateway called Payfast. The amount was R 150.00 rand, to number ********** 672.

It was debited from my account, but the amount was never credited to the number. Called CELL C and they told me they never received the payment. Called Payfast, and they sent me an e-mail stating that :

"PayFast Logo HI there

Thanks for getting in touch. ********** 672 - cleared to Cell C on the 2018-04-26 15:26 for 150.00 item_name = AIRTIME

********** 877- cleared to Cell C on the 2018-04-26 15:30 for amount = 150.00 item_name = AIRTIME

I need the R 150.00 to be credited to my wife's phone number. I need someone to take charge of this problem and solve it.
