Airtime bought and not received

I bought two R70 top up vouchers on the 26th of August 2015 via FNB online banking app but never received the airtime up until today, I have been to two cell c stores (one in Tygervally and one in N1 City mall) to lodge my complaint, also submitted proof of the airtime I bought and I also phoned numerous times regarding the same complaint.<br> <br> Every time they just keep on telling me that the matter has been escalated, who is it escalated to since it is now almost a month later and I still haven't received my airtime, I am getting fed up with this and would like the matter resolved ASAP.
