Airtime and data loss

On the 2nd of January 2018 at 12:20 I purchased R 950 airtime planning to convert it to a 30gb, 30gb night data package which I did. I received a sms confirming my recharge and that I received 2850 MB free. At 12:22 I received and sms stating that I was activated on the Cell C data (30Gb, 30GB nite) bundle once off. I downloaded some movies during a period and then around 14:00 everything stopped downloading and when I checked the balance the airtime was zero, the data too and in no way did I download over 30Gb for the data to use up the airtime too. The service to slow to even do that. I contacted them and queried what happened and the mail I got a response and when I told the person I spoke to someone who said they would check what happened and I received a reference number. I would get a response between 24 and 48 hrs. I was told that the activation to the data never happened and apparently I used up the two Gb they gave me and the R 950 on out of bundle. Even though I received a sms stating that the 30gb, 30GB was activated. They would check and come back to me. Today Friday the 5th of Jan 2018 I did get a sms stating that "Kindly be advised that the data validation report for the current cannot be extracted and will only be available at the end of next month." So now I have to wait to the end of next month and I am to scared to buy more airtime and data as just now the same happens so my phone is like dead in the water, if I buy more data what is to say they will tell me "see there is your data, you ****" or something like that? I have the sms and the balance of my nite data was around 29GB which I haven't used there was never on that date another 30GB loaded and it is still the same, so that's my story. When they send a survey question if I was happy with the response to my query I rep**** no and that it was their ****** up and that it is a lot of **** to tell me to wait for two months. I got another sms then from Cell c to give me another reference number and that my query was registered. My references are ********** 350 and the next ********** 439 for today's one at 10:45
