airtime and data disappearing

<p>its not the first time im experiencing this --- i loaded airtime on saturday and when i tried to login on facebook but no internet connection -- when i checked my balance there was no data nor airtime -- then i thought that maybe i forgot to switch off the data but its does show any app was running --- im now tired of calling them to say they a loging a query and will get to me WHICH THEY NEVER DO im the one who keeps calling to find out of any feedback</p>
