Airtime and Data

I have never en-counted such a ridiculous airtime and data usage chargers. I recently bought WhatsApp bundles from the service provider. And funny enough each time I load airtime or buy data, it gets used up by the internet and strange enough I don't have any apps running in the background besides WhatsApp. This is becoming a problem because this is not the first time I have logged a complaint of this nature. To the extent that I no longer want to bother myself calling the not so helpful \Help Center". I believe I'm not the only one having this ridiculous usage problem"
