Airtime

bought via cellphone banking and cell c again is having technical problems they cant credit my account. It has been the 3rd time when i buy airtime through cellphone banking cell c is still having problems. Whether we load beginning , during or end of the month cell c is always having technical problems when it comes to airtime that is being loaded to cellphones. Called cell c customer care first time and waited close to 3 to 4 hours before they could credit the account. 2nd time called again still waited longer than 4 hours had to buy airtime again through cash. 3rd time today 30/6/15 bought airtime at 11:52 account not credited. called customer care first person spoke to transferred me to the team leader who said they could credit me if i sent in proof that i bought the airtime. Call got disconnected but as usually cell c never calls a customer back if they got cut off. then called again spoke to nombuso team leader who told me i will wait hrs before my account is credited with the airtime. If i buy airtime through cellphone banking and it comes off my account same time why must i wait 24hrs for my acc to be credited. I want my airtime today not tomorrow or in 24hrs time
