Air Time not given

I have purchased R-300 airtime from checkers for Cell C-Greenstone place-Stone Ridge-Tell No of sore-***<br> <br> Voucher No-***<br> Last 5 digit of Pin No-25442<br> <br> I bought this airtime on 30th of May & not able to recharge this voucher as it gives me wrong MMI code error. I called up the Cell C customer care & they checked & found that this voucher does not exist in their database & advise me to go to Checkers to get a new voucher. I went to Checkers & they advise me that they cannot do anything as this is Cell C matter & even they spoke to customer care in front of me however nothing is working out for me.<br> <br> Request you to kindly look into this matter as I as a customer has paid R-300 for this & I have not received the airtime. This matter need to be sorted out between Cell C & Checkers & I as a customer should not be harassed because of this.
