I do not know if this company still has people for it or everyone has been fired. No one responds to ********** queries done on the existing contracts. It has been a month of weekly lies and endless promises. I have just been informed by one of its agents that my account will be debited for a ********** upgrade done on my contract. I cannot understand why they needed all the information sent on the 30th of April 2021 if they are not will to help me. Their ***** department is a mess, 30 days down the line no one has bothered to call me.
