Agreed on a type of contract package

I had a pre-approved contract with Cell C through their Direct Sales Agent *****ba MKHONTO on the 30th of March 2015. The contract that was pre-approved was a Top UP 1GB 25 minutes LG G3 for R389p/m. I was later informed that further documentation is required to further progress with my application for (Top UP 1GB 25 minutes LG G3 for R389p/m). I was informed (13/04/15) that my parcel is ready for delivery but unfortunately I can't get it on TOP UP but I can get it on an open line. I asked for *****ba's superior and a guy by the name of Vusi Mahlasela came over the phone and spoke to me but we couldn't reach an agreement. I don't understand why am I being given a different package to the one that was initially agreed upon which is totally UN-professional. I believe I should be given the Top UP 1GB 25 minutes LG G3 for R389p/m as per the agreement that was made when I was applying for the contract. Cell should stick to their agreement when it comes to contracts!!!!!<br> <br> Disappointed client
