I took 2 contract last year 2019 with Cell C. Around November 2019 I started having problems with network. February I went to the Cell C monument in Standerton to report the problem and I was told that cell c has a problem with Network around the area am suppose to give back all the devices so the contract can be cancelled has there is no solution to my problem. I returned all the devices on the 24th February 2020. I was told my last installment would be on the 15th of March 2020. To my surprise am still paying for something I dont have that am being deducted every month. Everytime I go to cell c, i am being send from pillar to post.

22 Jul 2020, 15:59Unfortunately cell c has done what they are very good at, playing hide and seek. I was promised that my complain would be resolved by the 21st July 2020. But as usual they have done what they're good at running away. This is really sickening. What kind of sick games are you playing with people's hard earned money? Poor service delivery ????????????????????????

But as usual they have done what they're good at running away. This is really sickening. What kind of sick games are you playing with people's hard earned money?
